Pursuant to this Agreement, Rent2OwnHomez.net, 322 North Shore Drive Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15212, and its "Prospects" shall agree to the following terms and conditions. Rent2ownhomez.net Owns, Operates, and controls all web property of rent2OwnHomez.net

Rent2OwnHomez.net is a matching service and does not make claims or guarantees including but not limited to service claim, Policy claims, price claims, success claim or income earning potential claim.

By agreeing to our terms of service a prospect agrees to receive snail mail, SMS, email, phone and automated prerecorded voice message solicitations from Rent2OwnHomez.net.

By Clicking the button "View Listing", constitutes my signature and agreement that the Company may contact me by telephone (including at my wireless telephone number), email, SMS Messages, or pre-recorded message at the information I provided through this website, and I understand and agree that this consent applies even if my number is listed on a state or federal do-not-call list. Recurring msgs. SMS message and data rates may apply.

In no event shall either party be liable for special, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, including, but not limited to, loss of use, or loss of profits. Prospect agrees he/she is solely responsible for any and all third party fees a prospect may incur when being contacted by Rent2OwnHomez.net, its business divisions.

The relationship between Rent2OwnHomez.net and the Prospect will be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the laws of the state of Pennsylvania. Prospect hereby irrevocably consents to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the province of Pennsylvania and the courts situated in the state of Pennsylvania in connection with any action arising between the parties.

When you provide “prior express written consent” within the meaning of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (“TCPA”), you consent to receive telephone calls, including artificial voice calls, pre-recorded messages and/or calls delivered via automated technology, and text and SMS messages to the telephone number(s) that you provided from us and our marketing partners. You are not required to provide this consent to purchase goods or services offered on the Rent2ownhomez.net websites. Your consent simply allows us to contact you.

Opt-Out of Arbitration/Class Action Waiver. The Terms & Conditions do not constitute a waiver of any of your rights and remedies to pursue a claim individually and not as a class action in binding arbitration as provided above. This provision preventing you from bringing, joining or participating in class action lawsuits is an independent agreement. You may opt-out of these Dispute Resolution Provisions by providing written notice of your decision within thirty (30) days of the date that you first register on the Rent2ownhomez.net Website.

YOU ACKNOWLEDGE AND AGREE THAT, VIA YOUR ACCEPTANCE OF THESE DISPUTE RESOLUTION PROVISIONS, YOU WAIVE ANY RIGHT TO A JURY TRIAL, AS WELL AS YOUR RIGHT TO BRING, JOIN OR PARTICIPATE AS A PLAINTIFF OR A CLASS MEMBER IN A CLASS ACTION SUIT OR MULTI-PARTY ARBITRATION BROUGHT AGAINST US, ANY PERSON RELATED TO US OR A SERVICE PROVIDER USED BY US TO PROVIDE THE SERVICE.

If any of the terms are held unenforceable, the remainder of the terms shall remain in effect. Please DO NOT digitally sign this agreement if you do not agree with our terms and conditions.

Rent2OwnHomez.net reserves the right to terminate this agreement anytime, with or without cause. Termination notice may be provided via email or any other public means and will be effective immediately.

By agreeing and digitally signing this Agreement, the Prospect warrants that Prospect is at least 18 years of age, and that there is no legal reason that Prospect cannot enter into a binding contract.

If a prospect chooses not to digitally sign this agreement a prospect may email this agreement to contact@rent2ownhomez.net or physically sign and snail mail this agreement to Rent2OwnHomez.net, 322 North Shore Drive Suite 200, Pittsburgh, PA 15212
